The website uses cookies to restore conversations, remember preferences and analyse visits.
Conversation history
mvp_session identifies your conversation. It lasts up to one year and is renewed when you use the chat. Messages are stored on the server, not inside the cookie.
Language and currency
mvp_preferences stores your chosen language and market for one year. It is set when you make a manual selection. Without a saved preference, the entry page uses a supported browser language, with English as the fallback.
Visit analytics
mvp_visitor connects visits and events to a visitor for 30 days. Analytics records interactions, technical details, IP addresses and campaign tags in the page URL when present.
Browser controls
You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser. This may reset your preferences and prevent that browser from reopening a previous conversation. It does not by itself delete information stored on the server.
