This website introduces MVP4START’s services and helps you discuss a project. Development work is agreed separately.
AI consultation
The assistant helps shape a brief and prepare a preliminary proposal. Its replies and design suggestions may contain errors and require review by the team. The assistant cannot enter into a contract or change agreed commitments.
Pricing and starting work
An enquiry or chat does not place an order, trigger a payment or start development. Before work begins, both parties agree the scope, access requirements, price, payment schedule, delivery, acceptance criteria and ownership in a separate contract.
Delivery and scope
Two development days, with handover around day three, is an estimate after the brief and access are ready. Fixed-price MVP packages do not guarantee high-load operation. Support limits and exclusions are described in the Scope of work. Hosting, third-party services, AI API fees and App Store or Google Play publication are not included in the packages and require separate arrangements.
Your materials and use of the site
Only share materials and information you have the right to use. Do not attempt to access other visitors’ conversations, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Ownership of code, design and third-party components is addressed in the development contract.
Payments, cancellation and enquiries
Payment, cancellation, refund and dispute terms are governed by the contract and applicable law.
