Information we collect
You may provide your name, contact details, project description and chat messages. We store consultation history, project briefs and proposals. Visit analytics records IP addresses, approximate country and city, device and browser details, language, referral source, UTM campaign tags and yclid/gclid ad click identifiers when present, pages viewed and website interactions. IP-based location is approximate and may be inaccurate.
How information is used
We use this information to answer questions, prepare proposals, respond to enquiries and restore previous conversations. Technical information and campaign tags help us investigate errors, protect the site and assess which traffic sources lead to conversations and enquiries.
AI and service providers
Consultation content is sent to DeepSeek to generate replies and proposals. The team receives enquiry, visit and activity notifications through Telegram; these may include contact details, IP addresses and approximate location. Hosting and Cloudflare support the infrastructure, and Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment credentials or confidential information belonging to others through the chat.
Storage and returning conversations
Conversations and enquiries are stored on the server. A cookie lets the same browser reopen a conversation; deleting the cookie does not erase server records. Visit and event records are cleared after 30 days.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. Do not send identity documents to the AI assistant.
