SCOPE AND COSTS
What's included in the price
Here’s what our MVP and support packages cover, and what costs extra. We agree the exact scope and terms before work begins.
MVP development
One agreed user journey, source code, access and setup instructions. We deploy web apps to an agreed environment and deliver mobile apps as a build. Once the scope, content and access are ready, development takes two full days, with handover usually on day three. This can fall on any day of the week. The base package includes 14 days of bug fixes within the agreed scope.
Post-handover support
MVP + support: 30 days of help running your product and tracking bugs, with up to 8 hours of small changes. 90-day support: 90 days of help, with up to 24 hours of small changes. Hours cover the full support period, not each month. Support is available during business hours; we agree the contact channel and response times upfront. Major new features and a 24/7 SLA are not included.
Hosting, external services, and AI APIs
Servers, domains, databases, storage, paid APIs, AI models, messaging, subscriptions and third-party fees are separate costs. Before launch, we’ll identify the services you need, who will own the accounts and the expected costs. Actual charges depend on provider pricing and usage. We won’t activate paid services without your approval.
App Store and Google Play
App Store and Google Play submissions are not included. Store listings, developer accounts, store fees, review submissions and responses to reviewer feedback are scoped separately. Delivering a mobile build does not mean the app has been approved by a store.
Load and additional functionality
The MVP is built to test your core idea with early users at an agreed level of traffic. High-traffic architecture, scaling, complex integrations, migrations and major new features are quoted separately. Our team’s experience with services reaching 1 million+ monthly active users is not a capacity guarantee for every MVP.
What we agree on before starting work
Before starting, we agree the features and exclusions, acceptance criteria, access, traffic, timeline, price and currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, ownership and support. This page explains how we work; it does not replace a contract. Regional prices are separate offers, not automatic currency conversions.
